These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, platforms, services, counselling, training programs, and any related offerings provided by EDUBH (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing, submitting information, enrolling, or using any EDUBH service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1Nature of EDUBH

    EDUBH is an education enablement and facilitation platform.
  • 1.2
    EDUBH is not a university, college, or degree-granting authority.
  • 1.3
    All academic programs, degrees, certifications, and evaluations are governed solely by the respective partner universities.
  • 1.4
    EDUBH acts only as a counselling, admissions support, and operations facilitator.

2Scope of Services

EDUBH may provide one or more of the following services:

Education counselling and guidance
Admission facilitation for UGC-approved programs
Student onboarding and documentation coordination
Training and skill development programs
Learning + Earning opportunities (where applicable)
Loan or EMI facilitation support (non-financial)
Note: EDUBH does not guarantee admission, academic success, placement, employment, income, or financial outcomes.

3User Eligibility & Representations

By using EDUBH services, you represent and warrant that:

  • 3.1
    You are legally competent to enter into this agreement
  • 3.2
    All information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete
  • 3.3
    You meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the university
  • 3.4
    You understand that final admission decisions rest solely with the university

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services.

4Admissions & University Decisions

4.1

Admission confirmation, seat allocation, fee structure, curriculum, examination, and degree issuance are controlled entirely by the university.

4.2

EDUBH shall not be held responsible for:

Admission rejectionSeat unavailabilityProgram cancellationAcademic policy changes

5Fees, Payments & Loans

Course Fees

Fixed by the university and subject to change.

Education Loans

Taken in the student’s own name and governed by the lender’s terms.

EDUBH is NOT:

  • A lender
  • A co-borrower
  • A guarantor

EMI Support (if any) is:

  • Performance-linked
  • Discretionary
  • Non-guaranteed
  • Governed by separate agreements

6Learning + Earning Model

IMPORTANT
  • 6.1Learning + Earning is a selective, eligibility-based program.
  • 6.2It does not constitute employment, job assurance, or income guarantee.
  • 6.3
    Any earning, incentive, stipend, or EMI support depends on:

  • 6.4EDUBH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this model at any time.

7Refunds & Cancellations

  • 7.1Refunds are governed strictly by the university’s refund policy.
  • 7.2EDUBH does not control or guarantee refunds.
  • 7.3Any facilitation or service fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
  • 7.4Users are advised to understand refund rules before enrollment.

8User Conduct & Restrictions

Users shall not:

×Misrepresent EDUBH or its services
×Share confidential information
×Abuse staff, counsellors, or systems
×Use EDUBH platforms for unlawful purposes
×Attempt to bypass processes or controls

Violation may result in termination and legal action.

9Intellectual Property

All content including:

LogosTextVideosTraining materialScriptsFrameworks

are the exclusive intellectual property of EDUBH.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10Data Usage & Privacy

10.1 Use of EDUBH services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By using the services, you consent to data processing as described therein.

10.3 EDUBH does not sell personal data.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDUBH shall not be liable for:

Academic outcomes
Employment results
Financial losses
Loan rejections
Technical failures
Third-party actions

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) to EDUBH.

12Termination of Access

    EDUBH may suspend/terminate access:

  • • Without notice
  • • For policy violation
  • • For misuse or fraud
  • • For legal or compliance reasons

13Force Majeure

EDUBH shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control:

14Modifications to Terms

EDUBH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Courts of Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
